Changes​ We Have Made To Keep You Safe

If you are scheduled for an upcoming appointment, please kindly note the following:

• We will contact you prior to your first appointment to ask a series of pre-treatment screening questions and at each subsequent visit.

• We will ask that you download, print off and complete an up-to-date Medical & Dental History prior to your treatment; and bring with you to you're appointment.

• Access to the clinics will only be allowed with a scheduled appointment.

• Only 1 person will be allowed in the clinics at any time. (unless accompanied by a caregiver or substitute decision maker)                                                      

• During and in-between appointments the door will be closed to allow for cleaning of all equipment, surfaces and treatment rooms.

• Entry to the clinic will only be granted 2 minutes before the scheduled appointment time

• We will provide you with a face mask on arrival and ask you to wear it at all times, whilst not undergoing treatment. 

• We will provide you with hand sanitiser upon your arrival and will be checking your temperature with a non-contact digital forehead thermometer prior to your entrance to the clinic and at each subsequent visit. Once you enter the clinic we ask that you follow all guidance provided.

• We kindly ask that, If anything changes with your health or you start to feel any COVID-19 symptoms, up to and including the day of your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible before your scheduled appointment time.
